What's there to know about Spectrum Creations?

Spectrum Creations was started as an IT solutions company in early 2008. Within 6 weeks, more and more of our customers were asking us to help advise them with problems that they were having with finding reliable Web Designers, Web Marketing experts and ways for their company to grow online. For a time, we recommended other professionals within the industry. But we found this to be more trouble than it was worth with our existing happy Spectrum Creations customers becoming disillusioned with the 'professionals' we referred.

Turning Point

With our IT company gathering speed, we thought that it would be the perfect time to create a sister company that specialised in the creative elements of IT, so in March 2008, Spectrum Creations was reborn! This then meant that we rebranded the IT side as Spectrum Systems. We already had a number of gifted individuals working with us, so the transition was relativley painless and we quickly made up ground on our competitors.

Starting Out

As previously stated, we already had great links with our existing IT customers, so getting recommendations for more work and creating Websites for our existing customers put us in good stead. By September 2008, we had formed the team of experts that is still in place today.

Today

With the great team that we have in place, there is no project too big or small for us. We have talented Web Designers, Graphic Designers, Web Developers, IT Experts and, perhaps importantly, years worth of business experience. This helps us to better understand what our corporate clients are looking for and gives us a professional and presentable demeanour. We accept work from all over the world, with staff members free to travel should the job require. As you can see, this site, our Home site, has been reworked recently and we have had a great response to it. The last Website was inoffensive in it's design, but ever so serious. With this site, we thought that we would make it more visually stunning, but without the slow loading times and constant distractions that are commonly associated with Flash and Dynamic sites.

By working in a small team, we are able to concentrate so much more on the projects that are in hand, rather than the distractions that are so accurately attributed to larger organisations. Working in this manner makes our customers feel more personable towards us, knowing that we are real people that they can communicate with freely and not be swallowed up by a telephonic or e-mail abyss. It also makes it so much easier for us to get a faster turnaround on our work schedules. The majority of our rivals will take on work and start all of their projects at once, meaning some customers take presedence over others. Here at Spectrum Creations, that simply is not the case. We take on work when we have an allotted time and ask subsequent potential customers to be patient. This way, we are able to give all of our customers the attention and service they deserve.

The Future

With our new Website up and running, we are looking towards the summer period to maximise our customer's exposure on the internet to increase sales over this time.
